Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how Moblio collects, uses, and discloses your personal data when you build, preview, and deploy applications using our platform.

1. Introduction

At Moblio, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of information that you provide when accessing or using the Moblio platform, available at moblio.dev, including our AI-assisted code generation engine, preview applications, database connectors, and cloud hosting services (collectively, the "Services").

Please read this document carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies, your choice is not to use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Key Takeaway

Your code is completely yours. We collect metadata to compile, build, and deploy your apps, but we do not sell or monetize your individual app ideas or codebases.

2. Information We Collect

To provide you with our low-code AI builder services, we collect several categories of information depending on how you interact with the Moblio platform:

a. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Credentials: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and authentication tokens provided by OAuth identity providers such as GitHub and Google.
  • Prompts & Inputs: We collect the text prompts, screenshots, wireframes, and instructions you submit to the AI model to plan, code, or edit your applications.
  • Developer Credentials: If you use our App Store and Google Play deployment features, you may optionally provide App Store Connect API keys, provisioning profiles, Google Play service account keys, and codesigning certificates. These are encrypted securely.

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Build Logs & Telemetry: We collect compilation logs, dependencies used, build success rates, and live preview telemetry to improve the AI generation system and debug compilation issues.
  • Device & Usage Info: Standard logs including IP address, browser type, operating system version, page interactions, and referrer URLs.

c. Payment Information

All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party processors, Stripe and RevenueCat. Moblio does not store or process raw credit card numbers. We only receive transactional metadata, subscription status, and billing identifiers.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following operational and developmental purposes:

Deliver the Core ServiceGenerating type-safe React Native structures, rendering preview bundles, and compiling native iOS & Android applications.
AI Inference & OrchestrationPassing prompts to LLM provider APIs (like Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) to execute code writing instructions.
App Store DeliveryCodesigning binaries with user-provided certificates and pushing them to Apple TestFlight and Google Play.
Platform OptimizationAnalyzing compiler logs, crash telemetry, and generation feedback loops to enhance code reliability.

We use commercial API contracts with our LLM partners (such as Google Vertex AI and Anthropic Commercial API). These agreements ensure that your prompts, source code outputs, and custom assets are not used to train the base model providers without your consent.

4. Data Sharing & Subprocessors

Moblio does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the following subprocessors to run the platform:

Partner / SubprocessorPurposeData Handled
Google Cloud / Vertex AIAI Code Generation & HostingPrompt text, metadata, database definitions.
Anthropic PBCAI Code RefinementCode blocks, generation chat context.
Stripe, Inc.Payment ProcessingBilling email, card details (processed direct).
RevenueCat, Inc.Subscription AnalyticsPlan tier, active state, subscription history.

5. Security & Retention

We take security seriously. All database backups, secrets, and environment tokens are stored using AES-256 encryption. Transactions are fully TLS/SSL encrypted. Developer keys uploaded for App Store publishing are kept in an isolated, encrypted secrets database, decrypted only in short-lived memory during compilation and push pipelines.

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you with the Services. If you request deletion of your account, we will erase or anonymize your personal data, credentials, and code repositories from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location (including the European Union under GDPR, and California under the CCPA), you have several rights regarding your data:

  • Right to Access & Port: You can download or export your generated codebases at any time. There is no vendor lock-in.
  • Right to Rectification: You can update your profile, email, or linked GitHub integrations directly from the settings page.
  • Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can choose to delete projects individually or completely terminate your Moblio account, which initiates the deletion of associated cloud instances.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: You can opt out of telemetry or disconnect app stores at any point in the dashboard settings.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to authenticate users, persist your workspace state (such as the active model selector or editor layouts), and measure general platform engagement.

You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings. However, disabling all functional cookies will prevent you from signing in or maintaining active development sessions.

8. Updates & Contact

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page or, in cases of material updates, by showing a notice in the dashboard or sending an email notification.
